I am looking for a developer to build a simple, user-friendly HR Management System with a POS-style interface. The system should support normal monthly-salary employees as well as contract / piece-rate employees. 1. Employee Management Add, edit, view, and deactivate employees Employee profile with: Employee ID Name Contact details Address Position / Job title Department Joining date Employment type Salary type Employment types: Monthly Salary Contract / Piece Rate 2. Salary & Payroll The payroll system is very important. Monthly Salary Employees Employees can have a predefined monthly basic salary. Example: Basic Salary: Rs. 50,000 Allowances Overtime Deductions Other payments Final salary Contract / Piece-Rate Employees The system should also support employees who are paid according to the number of items they produce. For example: Product/Job: Shoes ABC Rate per item: Rs. 150 Quantity produced: 100 Total: Rs. 15,000 The system should allow us to: Create different products/jobs Set a price/rate per item Enter the quantity completed by an employee Automatically calculate the total payment Add multiple products/jobs for the same employee Include the calculated amount in the monthly payroll Example: Product Quantity Rate Total Shoes ABC 100 Rs. 150 Rs. 15,000 Shoes XYZ 50 Rs. 200 Rs. 10,000 Total Piece-Rate Salary = Rs. 25,000 The payroll should automatically calculate the final salary. 3. Attendance Daily attendance management Present / Absent / Leave / Half Day Check-in and check-out Monthly attendance summary Attendance reports Ability to import attendance from a predefined Excel file Excel import format should be configurable or clearly documented 4. Leave Management Employees can submit leave requests Leave types Leave request date and duration Manager/Admin approval or rejection Leave history Leave balance Approved leave should be reflected in attendance/payroll where applicable 5. Experience Letter The system should be able to generate an employee experience/service letter automatically. It should use employee information stored in the system and generate a printable/downloadable letter. 6. Payroll Reports Monthly payroll Employee salary details Basic salary Allowances Overtime Piece-rate payments Deductions Net salary Payroll history Printable/downloadable payroll reports Excel/PDF export if possible 7. Repair / Service Job Tracking If possible, I also want a Repair/Service Job Management module. This is for products/items that are sold to customers and later require repair or service. Example: Customer buys a machine/item from the company. Later, the customer contacts us for a repair. The system should allow us to: Create a repair/service job Select the customer Select the product/item Record serial number or item number Record the problem/complaint Assign the job to a technician/employee Record received date Track repair status Add repair notes Add spare parts used Add repair/service charges Record completed date Track warranty or non-warranty repairs Maintain complete repair history for each customer/product Possible statuses: Received → Inspection → Repairing → Waiting for Parts → Completed → Delivered 8. I want the system to work similarly to a POS system where users can easily enter quantities, rates, and other payroll items, and the system automatically calculates the final salary. So, we need to see in another TAB customer's datails available in POS database. And, Sales details of it. Whenever add new employee in the POS, this HR system also should be updated according to those updates. In this HR system the permissions should be able to adjust by admin according to user types ( Manager/HR Assistant) likewise. You have to just connect those two databases and it above details into menu. In the HR system's REPAIR/SERVICE module, we need to search and select customer and invoice from POS database.
